1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the BT888 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BT888 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of BT888 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of BT888, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform through the BT888 mobile application or any other interface provided by BT888.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on BT888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of BT888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from BT888 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep such information updated at all times.

BT888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by BT888 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

BT888 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. If BT888 determines at any point that an account was registered by an ineligible person, BT888 reserves the right to void all bets placed and close the account without prior notice.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on BT888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your BT888 account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your account on your behalf.
• Notifying BT888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

BT888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. BT888 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

You may request the closure of your BT888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BT888 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). BT888 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your BT888 account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by BT888 at any time without prior notice.

BT888 operates a same-payment-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by BT888's finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

BT888 aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. BT888 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

BT888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or internal risk policies. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.

5 Betting Rules & Game Play

All games available on BT888, including but not limited to Mines Gold, Casino table games, Butterfly Blossom, Callbreak, Deuces Wild, Badminton sports betting, and W Live dealer games, are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any bet.

BT888 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the BT888 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. BT888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction or human error.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game session, BT888's system will record the last confirmed game state. BT888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such incidents fairly, but shall not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BT888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all BT888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• BT888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors — will be disqualified from the promotion and may have their account suspended.
• Bonuses credited to your account will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BT888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with BT888 games or systems without express written authorization.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in BT888's platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the BT888 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing BT888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to mask your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BT888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the BT888 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of BT888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BT888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any BT888 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any BT888 software or technology.
• Use BT888 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of BT888's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BT888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the BT888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond BT888's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the BT888 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the BT888 service.

BT888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BT888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

BT888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on BT888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BT888 may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of BT888's confidentiality obligations to you.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

BT888 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Any legal dispute between you and BT888 that cannot be resolved through BT888's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
